*NEW* Feb 4, 2025, Webinar: Your cancer prevention questions answered. The Irish Cancer Prevention Network will host a live webinar for World Cancer Day on Tuesday 4 February from 12pm to 1:15pm. The webinar will feature expert speakers presenting on healthy eating, skin protection: melanotan, alcohol, vaping and tobacco products and their relationship to cancer risk. If you cannot attend the live webinar, a recording of the event will be sent to all those who register.

In an effort to raise awareness and increase utilization of tobacco use counseling; during this webinar we’ll focus on the effects of nicotine dependence including affected health consequences. Medicare coverage, coding, billing and documentation guidelines for tobacco use counseling for outpatient and hospitalized beneficiaries will also be covered.
